Love the Caribou/Bruegger's combo location! Like Caribou's coffee, and Bruegger's has better bagel options. Always stop here when I'm going by.
Awesome service. Forgot to say I wanted egg & in the middle of making my bagel the manager asked if the makers could throw one on for me, for free. Also very clean!
Love the Caribou/Bruegger's combo! Bagels are great and tea is awesome, but service seems a bit slow from time to time. Also, location is hard to get in and out of.
Service was adequate, however they made no effort to assist a person with disabilities. Every light fixture had cobwebs hanging from them. Informed staff so hopefully that will be take care of. Food was delicious.
This is a combined Bruegger's and Caribou Coffee. It's fine, but they've never gotten the balance right. Often they are missing bagel flavors and they don't do any of the seasonal Brueggar's promotions. Staff turns over frequently, so service is very hit (I've had really helpful staff) or miss (they lost my husband's order and left him waiting for a dozen bagels for more than 20 minutes). I'm not a huge Caribou fan, so I don't know if that side of things is up to snuff. If we want something quick we'll stop here, but if we have time, my family prefers to drive 30 minutes to the actual Brueggar's that we went to before this opened.
