I can always count on my stylist to let me in when I need to for a haircut or wax. The staff is always friendly. She takes her time on my haircut to make sure it is absolutely perfect. I have been coming to this salon for a bit over 3 years now and I won't go anywhere else.airways
I appreciate the fact that I always get in in a timely manner. The prices are great, and no one does my hair better than one of their stylists there! I'm never going anywhere else!
I used to love coming here for a haircut. Great stylists and reasonably priced. Lately the wait times are consistently 40-55 minutes regardless of the day/time.
They need some serious staying help in the worst way. Someone who can help them understand and staff busy times.
DONT LET VICTORIA TOUCH YOU. Victoria should be fired I don't know how she has held a job there as long as she has. Ask for ANYBODY else she is awful. her attitude is awful and I'm not convinced she is capable of a cosmetology degree. I have had my hair cut there numerous times (by great stylists that are talented and skilled at their job) and I kid you not EVERY time she is there a client is not happy with her. Lack of stylist skills, lack of customer service skills, lack of social skills-girl has some serious issues. The other employees must see it too other stylists have apologized on her behalf and I've watched them have to fix botched haircuts. Hopefully the management does something about it sooner than later just consider yourself warned. If it means having to wait longer or go back another time it's worth it. Save yourself the time of torture in her chair
I am giving this rating based on one stylist at this salon. I have been to other Fantasic Sams many times and typically the stylists are great, but this person should not be a stylist and I am hesitant to use this salon in the future due to our experience with this stylist and now that I am scanning reviews on here it looks to be a common issue.- I brought my daughter in to get her haircut and the stylist who cut her hair seemed like she absolutley hated her job and did not want to be there or deal with customers at all. It made the whole experience awkward right from the start. She was rude and did a horrid job cutting my daughter's hair to top it off. It is cut uneven now- one side is noticeably longer than the other and she never got layers added which I asked for. When she finished I asked if she even cut layers and she said "just long ones or it would look weird". It honestly doesn't look like there are layers at all. My daughter has longer curly hair and layers make curly hair lay better, any decent stylist should know that. She didn't offer to fix it and at that point I didn't want her messing her hair up any more so I just decided to be done with the experience. I will take my daughter somewhere else now to fix her haircut and get layers added correctly which is the main reason we were getting it cut in the first place. If you use this salon, beware of Victoria, she is not a good stylist- can't do a simple cut, and has no customer service skills, she is rude and has a scowl on her face the entire time she is working.
Walked out today after waiting 30 minutes and there were 3 other people ahead of me still waiting.
