I guess everything I will buy in the future for my newly purchased foreclosure will not come from here.

They are very knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend UFC Farm Supply for their Arctic Cat dealership as well as their hardware store. First class service!

I bought a floor model angle grinder due to not having a product In stock, they wouldn't discount it. No biggie, didn't understand the $8 loss to make a customer happy but anyway.
After being in retail for nearly a decade, I gotta say, the management here is questionable.
I go back to buy a $26 hose for my furnace I was installing, amazon had for $17. I asked the manager if they price matched in which she said, "no"....same one from earlier who wouldn't discount a floor model... how can you expect to be as successful as possible without being price competitive?
I ordered a part and when I called to ask if it had arrived, the parts person was snippy and asked if I had received a call. I said no, and he said just wait for a call. I called back a week later and another person was very helpful and looked up my account and found that they had not recorded my phone number and therefore, put it on the shelf. Somebody needs some training in customer service.

I had a 15 plus year old Stihl trimmer that I needed a carb, spark plug, and air filter for. I stopped in here, asked for the parts I needed and they had them all on hand! Very helpful service and the parts got my trimmer running like brand new!
