Gregory Peterson ER Dr is horrible, so is the older KFC looking male nurse. My husband went in with excruciating back pain, they treated him for pain but did not assess the reason why, Dr would not give any pain medication at d/c stating no found reason, if he had assessed better he would have found a new back fx and my husband has also has a bulging disk and chronic Kidney stones. We tried 2 twelve a week before or so and ER Dr there was only concerned about my husband's
Horrible care, no knowledge of "Emergency" situations. MAJOR family history of Brain Aneurysm....3 grandparents died from this condition. I came in with extreme head pain and a girl with an ear infection was admitted before I. Then when I was put in a room filled with bleach chemicals, I waited for 30 minutes with no visit from nurses, doctors or even staff. I was asked to strip to a robe and given no blanket for the 30 minutes I was in horrifying pain!! Just horrible. Went to Chaska 212 and they treated me with much better and faster care. P.S. it ended up being an artery in my brain..thanks
Had my gall bladder removed after our local hospital refered me. Upon arrival at the ER, it was a great experience. Staff was very attentive and professional, and I never once felt like I didn't know what was going on. Extremely pleased, and thank you.
I am so thankful I live near this hospital. I had a procedure done and the nurses and doctors were personable, nurturing and competent. The culture has a down to earth, small town vibe. It is apparent that the staff treat their patients with care and respect. Bonus points for having a sun filled rotunda as one of the waiting rooms! Beautiful, clean facility.
The nursing staff is rude, and full of sarcastic remarks, when confronted with questions they don't like to answer. This is not any place you want your loved ones to go. Once inside their confinement, you have no say, or options of trying to leave.
Anyone else find it strange that Dr. Orr, is ahead of 5 facilities in the area for dementia care? This so called process of supposedly helping dementia patients is cruel, inhumane. The nurses are brainwashed into thinking he is genius. Oh my, you nurses, just all the meds you push, and demand for compliance and left with non existent dignity. Please feel free to live one day in these patients life with the exact same meds. Just one day#
Oxy 5mg medication which is not working, reason we go to ER, because Oxy not effective!! We left, after waiting 30 mins in room just to be treated like "why are you here?" Again, he has had 5 back fractures. Now instead of driving 5 mins to either hospital, we have gone to U Of M, where he will be seeing g a Neurologist. If he needs surgery, those Drs will hear from a lawyer for negligence!!!! I am an RN and they are such a disappointment to the medical field. I hope they get their own back fractures and no pain medication and get a Dr just like them. I have a pic of the lousy job the nurse did in d/c IV line. He did not put any pressure on it, I had to put pressure on it and clean it up. Really?? Wow, incompetent!!
