Without a doubt, Green Olive is my favorite choice for lunch in Waconia. Their wonderful selection of fresh deli sandwiches (both hot and cold), unique salads, and inventive choices for soup (providing a new meaning to soup of the day) make this place a must for anybody living or working in Waconia. To me, Green Olive is easily a better choice than McDonald's and Subway for a quick lunch made with local ingredients and unique recipes. Stop by and say "hi" to Mary, the owner, and you will not be disappointed. (And don't forget to try their inside-out carrot cake cakes!)
